Pysanky is a Ukrainian word for dyed, beautifully decorated eggs, traditionally made for Easter. My friend is Ukrainian and while at her house for Easter this year, I got to make some of my own pysanky.
Thank you! The more traditional designs are nice, but I just felt there was no way I could make one like that (my hands shake just a bit too much to draw a straight line on a rounded surface). So I looked at the colors available to me, and was just like "Why not starry night?!" I'm glad it turned out so nice, besides the slight burn that happened on the moon.
